Engagements in focus

We met with Shimadzu in Q4, and one of the topics discussed was the company’s low proportion of women in management positions.

Given our focus on climate change and the energy transition, we contacted Equinor to refresh a dialogue on the company’s energy transition plan and its components.

Following our introductory call with Coty in December 2021, we met with the company again for a progress update.
