Innovation is the process of creating, developing, or implementing new ideas that provide value or solve problems. We don’t want to be constrained by the way we’ve always done things; we want to rethink, reimagine and reinvent.

While there is work ongoing already in individual teams to look at this, we want to think about this at a firmwide level too.
